Returns and refunds

Kids grow, sizes surprise us, and mornings are busy. Here is how returns and replacements work.

Changed your mind?

Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for size changes or change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer. Once the item is back and checked in, we refund the product price to the original payment method.

Arrived damaged or defective?

Email hello@schoolhues.com within 30 days with your order email and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or a refund, and we usually do not ask you to ship damaged low-cost items back.

A few practical notes

• Include the order email so we can find the order quickly.
• Items must be unused for size or change-of-mind returns.
• Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
