Questions, answered
Anything else? Write us at hello@schoolhues.com.
- Does sizing run true?
- Yes. Our staged youth basics are planned around standard youth sizing and should run true to size. If your child is between sizes or likes a roomier sweatshirt, size up.
- Why no polos or khaki pants?
- We focus on knit layers and PE-day basics; woven uniform pants aren't made on-demand yet. Polos and khakis are also where schools often have the strictest logo, vendor, and fit rules.
- Do you sell school logos?
- No. SchoolHues sells unbranded basics only. No school logos, crests, monograms, mascots, or marks are used.
- What if my school requires an official vendor?
- If a school requires official-logo items from a vendor, we show that note on the school page. SchoolHues basics are for no-logo layers, PE-day shirts, and color-matched extras.
- Can I request my school?
- Yes. Email hello@schoolhues.com with the school name, city, state, and any dress-code link you have. We will add verified schools as the catalog grows.
- How do returns work?
- Unused items can be returned within 30 days. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, email a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
- When will products be live?
- The catalog is staged for the back-to-school launch. Product pages show colors and categories now, and purchase buttons stay disabled until the live print-on-demand products are pushed.
- Why are your basics more than Target?
- Honestly, they are. A Cat & Jack polo at Target runs $5 and we genuinely link you there on every school page for exactly that reason. What we make are the pieces big-box stores can't: garments printed in your school's precise hex color with your child's name on them. That custom printing costs more, and we think it's worth it for the things that are truly one-of-a-kind — not for everyday polo Tuesday.
The formal versions live at shipping, returns, privacy, and terms.
